Man Attacks Victim With Machete During Dispute In Windsor Locks: Police Looking For Footage Authorities are looking for any available footage of an incident involving a 27-year-old man attacking a victim with a machete in a Connecticut driveway. The incident happened in Hartford County on Saturday, Nov. 4 around 12:30 p.m., when a 27-year-old man and a 46-year-old man became involved in a dispute in a Windsor Locks driveway on Suffield Street, according to Windsor Locks Police.
