Man Calls Police To Admit Killing A CT Woman, Police Say A Connecticut man is being held on a $2 million bond after calling police to say he just shot and killed a woman. The incident took place in New Haven around 1:15 a.m., Sunday, April 23 on Saltonstall Avenue. According to Capt. Rose Dell of the New Haven Police, the dispatch center received a call from Leon Guerrero, age 30, of New Haven, who said he just shot someone on Saltonstall Avenue.
