A Connecticut woman who was found bleeding and unresponsive in a parking lot in June has died from her injuries. Related: Woman Found Bleeding, Unresponsive In New London Parking Lot New London County resident Lindsay Melher, age 46, of Groton, who was found on Friday, June 21, in a New London parking lot, has died from her injuries, according to Capt. Matthew Galante of the New London Police. A man's body that was found in a grassy area in Fairfield County and whose death is considered suspicious has been identified. The man was found in Stamford around 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18 near the pathway that connects Woodland Avenue and Walter Wheeler Drive. 33-Year-Old CT Woman Found Dead In Backyard, Police Say Death 'Suspicious'
Police in Connecticut are treating the death of a 33-year-old woman as "suspicious" after her body was found in a backyard. The body of Windham County resident Kristine Knox, of Plainfield, was found in Plainfield around 1:50 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7. According to Plainfield Police, officers responded to 205 Cemetery Road for a report of a deceased person. On arrival, officers located Knox dead in the backyard of the home, police said.
