CT Man Nabbed For Sexual Assault Of Minor Under 10 A Connecticut man was charged with sexually abusing a minor under the age of 10 following an investigation. New Haven County resident Raymond Kaminski, age 77, of Milford, was arrested on Wednesday, May 22, following an investigation. According to the Milford Police, the department received a complaint in April regarding a potential sexual assault. The complaint was made by a parent whose juvenile child reported that Kaminski had touched her inappropriately and made her feel uncomfortable.
