Know Him? Man Wanted In CT Store Larceny Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for help identifying a man wanted in connection with two toy store larcenies.  The incidents took place in Westport on Monday, Aug. 7, and Friday, Aug. 11, at Awesome Toys at 429 Post Road East (Route 1).  According to Lt. Eric Woods of the Westport Police, a white Hispanic man entered the store around 4:45 p.m. and stole a “Traxxas” truck and art supplies.  The man is described as being 6-foot-2, 220 pounds, wearing a white T-shirt, khaki pants, and a beige baseball cap. Man Charged With Stealing Some $35K In Goods From CT Store Surveillance footage led to the arrest of a man for allegedly helping steal more than $25,000 in goods from a Fairfield County Ulta Beauty store in seven incidents.  The incidents took place in Westport between May and July 2021, at Ulta Beauty on Post Road East. According to Lt. Video Surveillance Used To Nab Stolen Credit Card Suspect In CT A Fairfield County man has been charged with allegedly stealing a credit card from a business and then using it to charge more than $1.5K in goods. The theft took place in Westport in July 2021 from a business located on Post Road East. When police arrived at the business, a woman said her company American Express card had been stolen and then used by the suspect to purchase more than $1,500 in goods, said Lt. Connecticut Woman Charged With Stealing Bushes, Police Say A Fairfield County woman has been charged with allegedly stealing several bushes from the front of a home and dragging them to her apartment.
