Juvenile Nabbed In Police Attack During CT Street Takeover Incident, Police Say A juvenile has been charged with attacking a police officer during an alleged street takeover in a Connecticut parking lot last year. The unnamed New Haven County juvenile was charged on Monday, Jan. 22 by Milford Police for the incident that took place on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023, at 1:45 a.m., in the Stop & Shop parking lot located at 855 Bridgeport Ave. According to Milford Police, the officer was injured when he responded to the takeover and found more than 100 people and cars in the parking lot. CT Boy Shot On Street Walks To Hospital, Police Say A Connecticut juvenile boy who was shot on a street walked to the hospital after being hit, police said. The incident took place in New Haven around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10 in the area of Printers Lane. According to Sgt. Cherelle Carr of the New Haven Police, the juvenile was on Printers Lane when he was shot in the abdomen. The boy, whose age was not provided, then walked to Yale New Haven Hospital on York Street with non-life-threatening injuries, she added.
