CT 18-Year-Old Nabbed For Stealing Car, Credit Cards, Police Say A man has been arrested after he stole a car from a Connecticut residence and later used the owner’s credit cards at a rest stop, police said. On Wednesday, Oct. 18 in Fairfield County, 18-year-old Robert Barbera was arrested by Darien Police officers in the city of Stamford, the department reported. Barbera’s arrest comes months after his alleged actions in August 2023. Officers put out a warrant for his arrest just two weeks prior to his being taken into custody.
