CT Man Arrested For Vehicular Homicide In Death Of Motorcycle Rider
A Fairfield County man has been charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle in connection with the death of a 17-year-old motorcycle rider.
Edin Martinez-Peralta, age 21, of Stamford, was arrested and charged on Wednesday, Jan. 19, for the crash which took place on Monday, Nov. 22.
According to Sgt. Jeffrey Booth, of the Stamford Police Department, Daniel Esteban Pico was driving his motorcycle on Elm Street on Nov. 22 when Martinez-Peralta made a left turn in front of him and impeded his path.
