AG Seeks State Custody Of Animals Seized From Unsanitary Hebron Facility
Connecticut Attorney General William Tong is seeking state custody of 70 animals that were seized from an overcrowded, unsanitary animal rescue facility. The animals were seized from CT Pregnant Dog and Cat Rescue, located on Porter Road in the Tolland County town of Hebron, on Friday, March 25. CT Officials Order Immediate Transfer Of 94 Nursing Home Residents Due To Serious Safety Issues
Connecticut officials have ordered the immediate transfer of 94 residents of a nursing home due to serious, widespread health and safety issues. The Connecticut Department of Public Health said in an announcement on Monday, March 14, that it is working to facilitate transfers of the residents of the Quinnipiac Valley Center, located in the New Haven County town of Wallingford.
