New Update Missing: 4-Year-Old CT Girl, Mother Found Safe, Father Under Arrest A 4-year-old Fairfield County girl who was reported missing by her father after not seeing her for more than a year has been found safe. According to Bridgeport Police Capt. Kevin Gilleran, Aliyah Serrano, and her mother, 33-year-old Valery Colon, have been located outside the State of Connecticut.  "Law enforcement officials in their jurisdiction have verified them both to be safe and in good health," Gilleran said.
