The 67-year-old Wiles is the daughter of Pat Summerall, a legendary National Football League broadcaster who played as a place-kicker for several NFL teams, including the New York Giants.
A University of Maryland graduate, Wiles has been a powerful yet low-profile figure in Republican politics. In a 2022 article, The Hill described her as “the most powerful Republican you don’t know.”
Wiles has played a pivotal role in Trump’s political career, guiding his campaigns and contributing to multiple victories. She was also mentioned by Trump multiple times in his victory speech in Florida, where he referred to her as “The Ice Maiden.”
