Stratford Burglary Suspects Pose As Water Company Employees Stratford Police are asking residents for video surveillance after three men posed as water company employees using fake identification to gain access to a home in order to commit a burglary. The incident took place around 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 6, on Broadbridge Avenue, in Stratford, when an unidentified man posing as a water company employee used fake identification to gain access to the home stating he needed to check the water in the residence, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
