61-Year-Old Driver Busted In New Canaan Driving With Open Bottle Of Wine A 61-year-old man was busted driving with a bottle of wine between his legs after pulling into a New Caanan driveway and speeding off when confronted by the homeowner, police said. The New Canaan Police Department received reports from a Oenoke Ridge Road resident shortly after 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon of a suspicious vehicle that had pulled into her driveway and left abruptly when approached, traveling southbound on the roadway.
