Danbury Man, 32, Drove Drunk At More Than Twice Limit, NY State Police Say A Fairfield County man was busted driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit in Westchester, police said. New York State troopers stopped Danbury resident Kevin Edmond Jr., 32, at on I-287 at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, June 14 in Harrison, when he committed vehicle and traffic violations. I-287 Stop In Westchester Leads To DWI Charge For Fairfield Man A Town of Fairfield man is facing multiple charges after police conducted a traffic stop on I-287 in Westchester. The incident occurred on Sunday, Feb. 3 at around 1:20 a.m. State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Greenburgh for numerous vehicle and traffic violations. During the stop, the driver, 58-year-old James A. Cheney of Fairfield appeared to be intoxicated and gave police probable cause to search the vehicle. Police discovered approximately 34 grams of marijuana during the search. Cheney was arrested, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where his BAC was found …
