21-Year-Old CT Woman Nabbed After Fleeing From Troopers, Police Say A 21-year-old Connecticut woman was apprehended after allegedly taking New York State Police troopers on a pursuit that began when she refused to stop for a traffic violation, authorities said. Emily Mackinnon-Dunbar, of Waterbury, was arrested on Thursday, March 25, after state police attempted to stop her vehicle on I-95 in the village of Mamaroneck for a traffic violation, said Trooper Tara McCormick. Wanted West Haven Man Nabbed In Stolen Car Police Chase On Hutch, I-95 A stolen vehicle pursuit by Westchester County Police led to a crash at Playland Parkway and I-95 in Rye. The incident began around 9:06 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, when an alert by the Westchester County police Real Time Crime Center advised patrol units that a stolen Honda CRV was traveling southbound on the Hutchinson River Parkway, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.
