Man Admits Role In Attempted Robbery At CT Restaurant Where Worker Was Shot
A Connecticut man has admitted to his role in an armed robbery that left one employee of an area business with a gunshot wound, federal officials announced. New Haven resident Tythrone Ford, age 27, pleaded guilty in district court to a charge stemming from the attempted robbery of a New Haven restaurant, during which an employee was shot, in April 2015. Stratford Man Admits To Role In Car Theft Ring
A Fairfield County man has admitted to his role in a car theft ring in Connecticut and neighboring states. Christopher Mulkern, also known as “Chucky,” age 21, of Stratford, pleaded guilty Friday, April 30 before US District Court in Bridgeport to a federal car theft offense. According to court documents and statements made in court, the FBI, Connecticut State Police, and local police have been investigating multiple car theft rings in Connecticut, and violent crimes that are being committed using stolen vehicles. 24-Year-Old Man Charged With Child Porn Offenses
A 24-year-old man is due to be extradited to Connecticut after allegedly disseminating child porn to a person in the area. A federal grand jury in Hartford announced that they would be indicting Wakeman, Ohio resident Robert Dudukovich, charging him with five counts of distribution of child pornography and one count of aiding and abetting the transport of child porn. Man Sentenced In CT Heroin, Crack Distribution Case Linked To Homicide
A Connecticut gang member was among 16 that have been sentenced to nearly a decade in prison for his role in a heroin distribution ring. Antwane “Buck” Williams-Beym, 27, was sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Janet Hall in New Haven, to 84 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for his role in the distribution of heroin in the area.
