Stephen Shuck, who joined the department in 1983, was arrested at his home Tuesday on a warrant after he failed to show up to turn himself in, according to the Connecticut Post. The investigation into Shuck's wrongdoings was brought to the chief's attention last month, the Post said. Police Lieutenant In Fairfield County Charged With First-Degree Larceny A longtime Fairfield County police lieutenant was arrested for first-degree larceny, according to the Bridgeport Police. Lt.
