Storms struck the area on Wednesday afternoon, July 31, leaving crews scrambling to restore power to several neighborhoods. As of late Wednesday afternoon, Eversource was reporting multiple outages that left 1,390 of their 1,275,213 customers without power. In Fairfield County, Greenwich has the most outages with 69, followed by Stamford (51).
