I-95 Crash Causes Stop-Go Delays This story has been updated. There was gridlock on a stretch of I-95 in Fairfield County late Saturday afternoon following a serious crash. The crash, reported just before 4:30 p.m., occurred on the southbound side between Route 33/136 (Exit 17) and East Avenue (Exit 16) in Norwalk, with stop-and-go delays of up to a half-hour to Sherwood Island (Exit 18) in Westport.
