Teen Arrested At Greenwich High For Reckless Driving After High-Speed Chase A teen who took police on a high-speed chase turned himself into police at Greenwich High School, according to the Greenwich Police. Police served a warrant on Glen Ragin, 19, of Greenwich on Thursday in connection with the chase that took place on Dec. 28, said Lt. John Slusarz.
