Two Women Nabbed In Norwalk Vehicle Burglary Spree Two women have been busted in connection with a series of vehicle burglaries that took place in June.  Norwalk Detectives investigated four motor vehicle burglaries that occurred in the parking garage at 770 Connecticut Ave., during June, said Norwalk Police Lt.Terry Blake. Based on their investigation, detectives determined Jamie Edwards-Hinton, 22, of Stamford, was the person responsible for the burglaries and arrest warrants were recently issued, Blake said.
