Results Of Prescription Drug Take-Back Day At Stamford Police Headquarters Announced There are a lot less unneeded medications floating around in medicine cabinets and on countertops in Stamford following the annual Prescription Drug Takeback Day. The event, held Saturday, April 27, at the Stamford Police Department, turned out to be a record-breaking day with 17 full large boxes or 476.5 pounds of drugs dropped off during the drive-thru and drop-it event, said Stamford Capt.
