Stamford Man Busted With 180 Bags Of Heroin Following Investigation A Stamford man was nabbed with 180 bags of heroin following a weeks-long investigation by the city's Narcotics and Organized Crime Squad. Capt. Richard Conklin said Paul Dushi, 25, was arrested around 1 p.m. Friday following an investigation into information that he was selling heroin in the Glenbrook-Springdale neighborhoods.
