Teen Exposed Himself To Female Shoppers In Downtown Stamford Department Stores, Police Say A quick-thinking Stamford police officer was able to apprehend a teen wanted for exposing himself to women in two downtown department stores. The incident took place on Tuesday, Jan. 21, when Stamford Police Officer Luis Velez was patrolling the downtown area when he was alerted to a call of a man exposing himself and masturbating In front of a female customer at a downtown department store, said Stamford Police Capt. Diedrich Hohn.
