Flash From The Past: Lamont Meets With Ex-CT Governor Lowell Weicker Governor-elect Ned Lamont of Greenwich has been speaking to past and present governors from Connecticut and other states to seek their advice. Lamont also attended a National Governors Association conference in Colorado Springs this past weekend. The gathering was intended to be a boot camp to help incoming state chief executives prepare for their new jobs. The Democrat lunched with lame duck Gov. Dannel P.
