Route 15 Crash With Injuries Closes Lane In Stratford Two people received minor injuries in a three-vehicle crash that blocked Route 15 at the Milford Parkway for about an hour. According to Connecticut State Police, the chain-reaction crash, which backed up traffic for several miles, occurred around 12:15 p.m. Thursday in Stratford. The crash was caused when the last of three vehicles traveling behind each other hit the back of the vehicle in front, which sent the second car into the back of the first vehicle, state police said.
