Morning Fire Severely Damages Milford Home
An early morning fire severely damaged a single family residence in Milford. Fire dispatchers received a 911 call around 3:55 a.m. Wednesday, March 6, reporting a fire in the single-story ranch-style home at 42 Windsong Lane in Milford, said Milford Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Anthony Fabrizi. The incident was reported by a neighbor who happened to see the fire break out, Fabrizi said. Fire Damages Popular Downtown Restaurant In Milford
A popular downtown restaurant was severely damaged in a late Sunday night fire. Dispatchers received a 911 call at approximately 8:56 p.m. reporting a fire inside of Flames Mediterranean Grill located at 12 Daniel St. in Milford. The caller was an employee of a neighboring restaurant and discovered the fire after someone reported an odor of smoke in the area, said Battalion Chief Anthony Fabrizi of Milford Fire Rescue.
