Wilton Man Found Unconscious Parked In Intersection Charged With DUI At Twice Limit, Police Say A local man who was found unconscious allegedly parked diagonally in a Fairfield County roadway has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Wilton Police found Brian Dodd, age 36, passed out in the intersection of Linden Tree Road and Wild Wood Drive in a black 2017 Chevy Silverado around 6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 13. Man With Active Warrant Issued In Ridgefield Taken Into Custody In Wilton A man with a warrant out for his arrest is in police custody after allegedly violating his probation. Officers from the Wilton Police Department were dispatched to an EMS call on Linden Tree Road shortly before midnight on Nov. 9. Upon arrival, they were met by Wilton resident Ryan Kennedy, who had an outstanding PRAWN warrant that had been issued by the Ridgefield Police Department. According to police, further investigation determined that Kennedy was also violating terms of his probation.
