Illegally Parked Vehicle Leads To Arrest Of Man For Possession Of Knife, Greenwich PD Says A New York man was arrested by police in Fairfield County after he was tracked down for parking illegally. Jorge Martinez, age 24, of New York City, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 5, by Greenwich Police after he was found to allegedly have marijuana and an illegal weapon, police said. According to Greenwich PD Captain Mark E. Zuccerella, an officer on patrol noticed that Martinez's vehicle was parked improperly on Circle Drive. Man Who Drove 100 MPH On I-95 Under Influence, Police Say A reckless driver was allegedly drunk when he topped 100 mph in Fairfield County after blowing through multiple red lights, police said. Old Greenwich resident Michael Napoli, 25, was stopped by police in Greenwich after blowing through multiple traffic lights, failing to signal and speeding on I-95, according to police.  After failing to stop at the lights, it is alleged that Napoli then traveled at speeds exceeding 100 mph on I-95 south, weaving between lanes. On Saturday, Jan. 26 around 2 a.m., police observed Graciela Martinez driving west on East Putnam Avenue between Salem Street and Indian Field Road. Her vehicle was observed in the southernmost lane crossing over the double-yellow line into the Eastbound lane.
