Jorge Martinez, age 24, of New York City, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 5, by Greenwich Police after he was found to allegedly have marijuana and an illegal weapon, police said. According to Greenwich PD Captain Mark E. Zuccerella, an officer on patrol noticed that Martinez's vehicle was parked improperly on Circle Drive. Man Who Drove 100 MPH On I-95 Under Influence, Police Say A reckless driver was allegedly drunk when he topped 100 mph in Fairfield County after blowing through multiple red lights, police said. Old Greenwich resident Michael Napoli, 25, was stopped by police in Greenwich after blowing through multiple traffic lights, failing to signal and speeding on I-95, according to police.  After failing to stop at the lights, it is alleged that Napoli then traveled at speeds exceeding 100 mph on I-95 south, weaving between lanes. Greenwich Police say they observed a motorist traveling south on Indian Field Road on Wednesday, May 8 around 11:15 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted after the driver was observed crossing the double-yellow line, according to police.
