Two Men Facing Sexual Assault Charges Over Alleged Incidents Earlier This Year In Norwalk A pair of Norwalk men are facing sexual assault charges as a result of separate incidents.After executing a search warrant, 32-year-old Thom Nikas, 32 was apprehended at his Hamilton Avenue apartment and charged with sexual assault in the first degree and voyeurism as a result of a September incident, Norwalk Police said on Saturday. He is being held on $750,000 bond in connection and scheduled to appear in court Dec. 14. Police had recovered images of the alleged assault victim.
