Eighteen motorists in the Hudson Valley were among 25 arrested by New York State Police troopers.

On Friday, Sept. 6, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Miriam Regan, 53, of Mount Pleasant, for DWI. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Mount Pleasant, when she was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
