Man Who Drove 100 MPH On I-95 Under Influence, Police Say A reckless driver was allegedly drunk when he topped 100 mph in Fairfield County after blowing through multiple red lights, police said. Old Greenwich resident Michael Napoli, 25, was stopped by police in Greenwich after blowing through multiple traffic lights, failing to signal and speeding on I-95, according to police.  After failing to stop at the lights, it is alleged that Napoli then traveled at speeds exceeding 100 mph on I-95 south, weaving between lanes.
