Seen Her? Stratford Police Department Issues Silver Alert For Missing Woman
Police in Fairfield County issued a Silver Alert for a missing 71-year-old woman. The Stratford Police Department announced on Sunday, Aug. 21, that Ida Dicocco has been reported missing. Dicocco is described as being 5-foot-4 and 200 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair, authorities said. Police said Dicocco speaks some English and has an Italian accent. Support Pours In For Family Of NY Fourth-Grader Who Died During Little League Game
Support from the community is pouring in for the family of a 10-year-boy who died while playing a Little League baseball game. Lazar LaPenna died on Long Island in Long Beach on Friday, April 29, during a Long Beach/Lido Little League baseball game, school district and league officials said. The diehard Mets fan had hit a single during the first game of the season and run to first base with a grin on his face, when he collapsed from an epileptic seizure, reported the Long Island Herald.
