Former USPS Employee In CT Charged With Stealing Cash, Gift Cards A mail carrier in Connecticut is facing federal charges for allegedly stealing cash and gift cards she was tasked with delivering. West Haven resident Elizabeth Urbani, 42, has been charged with theft of mail by a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employee for stealing more than 100 pieces of mail.
