Elizabeth Urbani, a 42-year-old West Haven resident who was employed in New Haven, was released on a $50,000 bond after pleading guilty to the felony of theft of mail by a USPS employee, waiving her right to be indicted. Former USPS Employee In CT Charged With Stealing Cash, Gift Cards A mail carrier in Connecticut is facing federal charges for allegedly stealing cash and gift cards she was tasked with delivering.
