Numerous Dead, Very Sick Raccoons Found At Greenwich Point Park Police have responded to several reports of dead or very sick raccoons at Greenwich Point Park in the past 10 days. The Greenwich Police Department's Animal Control Section said the distressed animals were dispatched for humanitarian reasons. Mr. Rich was born Oct. 15, 1961 in Bridgeport, the son of Carol (Taylor) Rich and the late John B. Rich, Jr. of Stratford. He grew up in Lordship and was a life-long resident of Stratford.
