Fairfield County Man Ordered To Stay Away From Smoothie Shop After Incident
A Fairfield County man who went on a tirade at an area smoothie shop after his son had an allergic reaction to nuts has been ordered to stay away from the eatery. James Iannazzo, age 48, of Fairfield, was ordered by Superior Court Judge Ndidi Moses on Monday, Feb. 8 to stay away from Robeks Smoothie Shop and to have no contact with the victim, in connection with a Saturday, Jan. 22 incident. Man In Red Sports Car Was Masturbating When He Approached Woman, Westport Police Say
Police are on the lookout for a suspicious man in a red sports car who was allegedly masturbating when he approached a woman while she walking. The incident took place in Fairfield County around 5 p.m., Monday, June 29, when the woman was walking on Compo Road South in Westport, police said. The man stopped his vehicle and asked the woman for directions at which time she realized he was masturbating while he spoke with her, police said. New Canaan Resident Accused Of Uttering Profanities To Woman, Daughter At CVS
A 48-year-old woman was issued a summons for allegedly uttering profane statements to a woman shopping at a CVS store along with her 10-year-old daughter. After the encounter, the mother and daughter went to the New Canaan police to report the incident which took place at the store at 94 Park St., in New Canaan, said the New Canaan Police. Stratford Burglary Suspects Pose As Water Company Employees
Stratford Police are asking residents for video surveillance after three men posed as water company employees using fake identification to gain access to a home in order to commit a burglary. The incident took place around 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 6, on Broadbridge Avenue, in Stratford, when an unidentified man posing as a water company employee used fake identification to gain access to the home stating he needed to check the water in the residence, said Stratford Police Capt.
