Man Nabbed For Stealing Money From Vehicle At Country Club In Fairfield County, Police Say A man who was allegedly involved in an incident in which several vehicles were burglarized has been arrested by police in Fairfield County.  Kevin Alvarado, age 23, of Queens, was arrested on Tuesday, March 23, for the incident which took place on Sunday, Jan. 19, in Darien, said Darien Police Sgt. Homeowner Confronts Suspects During Attempted Burglary In Cos Cob, Police Say Two men were nabbed by Greenwich Police after they allegedly attempted to break into a Cos Cob home, only to be confronted by the homeowner. Jacob Rivera, 26, and Nafi Rodriguez, 23, both of the Bronx, were arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 1, after they  “were confronted by the homeowner when they attempted to force entry through a rear door," Greenwich Police said. Area Man Busted For Two Fairfield Burglaries, Police Say Police were able to nab the person allegedly responsible for two residential burglaries after catching the crook on video surveillance in the Town of Fairfield. The burglaries were discovered on Tuesday, July 16, when Fairfield officers responded to 233 Algonquin Road for a report of a residential burglar alarm, said Fairfield Police Capt. Robert Kalamaras.
