Erica Torres, of Norwalk, was arrested around 11:10 p.m., On Saturday, July 3, after she was spotted her driving a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox southbound on Danbury Road when she swerved and almost collided with another vehicle traveling northbound, said the Wilton Police.
