Margaret Jean Marshall, age 49, of New Canaan, was charged on Friday, Feb. 2, after she was stopped on Cherry Street for driving without a front license plate, said Lt. Haggai Lherisson, of New Canaan, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 14, in New Cannan in the area of Cherry Street. According to New Canaan Police Lt. March DeFelice, officers were dispatched to the area of Cherry Street for the report of an unknown individual on the property. Officers located and identified Lherisson through his license. The incident took place in New Canaan around 10: 50 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7 at the intersection of South Avenue and Cherry Street.
