Stamford's McDonald Nominated To Be Nation's First Openly Gay Chief Justice STAMFORD, Conn. – Longtime Stamford resident Andrew J. McDonald will be nominated in the coming weeks to serve as Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court, Gov. Dannel Malloy announced Monday.
