Authorities said a Connecticut woman who was bathing with her 1-year-old child caught her neighbor peeping into her window to watch them.
Joshua Gonsalves, age 34, of Andover in Hartford County, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and voyeurism, Connecticut State Police said.

Sam Gold, age 19, of Westport, was arrested on Saturday, Feb. 6, following an investigation that took place in April, said Westport Police Lieutenant David Wolf.
