DUI Motorist Who Failed To Maintain Lane Caught With Heroin, Meth, Cocaine, State Police Say An early morning traffic stop led to a host of charges for a man who was busted by Connecticut State Police troopers with heroin, cocaine and other drugs in his car. Troopers stopped Middletown resident Austin Dwight Rhinehart, 28, shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, after he was spotted driving erratically on Route 9 in Chester. Police said that his vehicle was found swerving in and out of its lane at the time of the stop. Rhinehart went on to fail multiple Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and he was found in possession of heroin, cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested…
