Milford Victim Escapes Terrifying Assault After Alleged Captor 'Passes Out'
A Stratford man accused of sexually assaulting and strangling a woman is facing a raft of charges.
On Friday, Dec. 4, a little after midnight, police responded to a report of a possible domestic violence incident at a Seaside Avenue residence in Milford.
Adam Litzie, 36, of Stratford, was arrested and charged with
Assault, third-degree;
Disorderly conduct;
Criminal mischief, third-degree;
Criminal trespass;
Interfering with an emergency call;
Unlawful restraint;
Strangulation, second-degree;
Sexual assault, third-degree, police said.
