Woman Seriously Injured In Carjacking At CT Shopping Center A woman was seriously injured in a carjacking at a Connecticut shopping center. Officers responded to a report of a carjacking at the Hamden Plaza, located at 2100 Dixwell Ave., at about 3 p.m. on Friday, March 18. The Hamden Police Department said a 74-year-old woman was putting purchases in her car when she was thrown to the ground, and three suspects drove away in her car. New England Woman Accused Of Driving Stolen Van To Police Headquarters A 74-year-old woman was arrested after allegedly driving a van reported stolen in Vermont to a police department in New York, in Northern Westchester County.  The Yorktown Police Department reported that the Vermont resident has been charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
