Westport Man Missing For 3 Days, Police Concerned For His Welfare A Silver Alert has been issued for a Fairfield County man who has not been seen in three days and is in need of his medication. Todd Patrick Ford of Westport was last seen around 3 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14 leaving the complex at 5 Canal St., on foot. According to Westport Police Lt. Matthew Gouveia, Ford is in need of prescription medication and the department is "concerned for his welfare." Ford is 5-foot-9, 190 pounds with short dark hair.
