Only a few months after the neighbors successfully blocked the tow truck fleet center in court, Stratford officials are reviewing a new plan for three four-story buildings on the 2.6-acre parcel, the CT Post says.

Plans include 133 mostly one-bedroom apartments, many of which may qualify as affordable housing. State law requires cities to give serious consideration to affordable housing proposals if the city had less than 10 percent affordable housing, the CT Post reports.
