STRATFORD -- A mechanic for a Stratford auto repair business faces several charges after an accident on Wednesday, according to a story in the Connecticut Post.

Police said Ramparsad Dookie, 62, crashed a sports utility vehicle into a liquor store. Dookie, who is employed by Maxi's Auto Shop, was driving a vehicle that was brought to the shop for repair. He was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission, operating without a license and unsafe operation.
