STRATFORD, Conn. -- A Stratford man who is a registered sex offender was arrested last week after exposing himself on a jogging trail in Shelton, according to the StratfordStar.com.
Shelton police arrested Richard Hammond, 52, and charged him with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency, the StratfordStar.com reported.
Police received a complaint in May from a jogger who reported he saw a man on the trail with no pants on at the Shelton trails near Shelton Avenue, the StratfordStar.com said.
