Dennis Hwang, 31, faces up to 30 days in prison when he is sentenced in May, the Connecticut Post reported.
Police were dispatched to a home on Fisher Court in Stratford last November on a report of a panic alarm. When they arrived, the woman who lived there was exiting the home, followed by Hwang, the Connecticut Post reported.
She told police that Hwang had showed up uninvited to her home, forced his way in and began sexually assaulting her, according to the Connecticut Post. The woman was able to hit the panic button on her key fob, which alerted police, according to the Post.
Hwang, who is a letter carrier at the Westport Post Office, pleaded guilty Thursday to fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree unlawful restraint, according to the Post.
