Jeremy Renaud, of Brooklyn, Conn., was arrested on Sunday by Connecticut State Police following an incident that took place on Sept. 4, in the Town of Killingly in which a teen, who entered a bathroom to change noticed a cell phone propped up with the video recorder running, state police said.
A lengthy investigation was conducted which revealed that Renaud had attempted to capture a video of the minor changing in the bathroom, state police said.
He was arrested on a warrant and charged with risk of injury to a minor and criminal attempt at voyeurism.
Renaud is being held on $35,000 bond.
